Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("IT Rules"), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), as applicable.
SageSigma ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates the website at sagesigma.com (the "Site"). The Company is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use the Site and its tools (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
We do not offer user accounts, comment sections, newsletter sign-ups, or contact forms at this time. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information directly from visitors.
1.2 Data you upload to tools
Certain tools on the Site — such as the CSV Parser and JSON Formatter — allow you to upload or paste data (e.g., CSV files, JSON text) for processing. When you use these tools:
- Processing occurs in your browser via client-side JavaScript. Your uploaded data is not transmitted to our servers for processing.
- We do not read, inspect, store, log, or retain the content of files you upload or paste into any tool on the Site.
- We do not share, sell, or disclose uploaded data to any third party.
1.3 Automatically collected information
We do not use first-party cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or similar technologies on the Site. We do not run any client-side analytics, advertising, or session-replay services.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information inherent to internet communication — such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and user-agent strings — in the course of delivering and securing the Site. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy and is incidental to the operation of their content delivery network.
2. How we use information
Since we do not collect, store, or log personal information or user-uploaded data, we do not use your information for any purpose. Any technical data processed by Cloudflare is used solely for content delivery, security (such as DDoS mitigation), and network diagnostics, consistent with Cloudflare's standard practices.
3. Data retention
We do not store or retain personal data or user-uploaded content. We have no database, no user accounts, and no server-side logging of visitor activity or tool usage. Any technical logs retained by Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's own retention policies and are not accessible to us.
In the event we introduce server-side processing in the future, any user-uploaded data will be automatically deleted within 30 calendar days of upload and will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than providing the requested tool output to you.
4. How we share and disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information or user-uploaded data with any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers. We use Cloudflare for hosting and Google Fonts for typography. These providers may process technical data (IP addresses, user-agent strings) incidental to their services.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable Indian law or in response to a valid legal order from a court or government authority of competent jurisdiction in India.
- Business Transfers. If SageSigma is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The Site relies on the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare Pages. Hosts and serves the Site. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP addresses, request logs) as part of content delivery and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy .
- Google Fonts. We load the Outfit typeface from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and user-agent string when your browser requests font files. See Google's Privacy Policy .
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We do not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. The Site does not set any first-party cookies. We do not deploy third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts.
Do Not Track. The Site currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals sent by your browser. Because we do not track or collect personal data, DNT signal handling has no practical effect on your use of the Site.
7. Security practices
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect any information processed through the Site, in compliance with the reasonable security practices and procedures required under Section 43A of the IT Act and the IT Rules, 2011.
However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. You should exercise care in deciding what information you upload or transmit to any online tool. In the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users and relevant authorities as required under applicable Indian law.
